Production Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to manage and oversee production processes at our facility in Godawari, Lalitpur. The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, particularly in the dairy industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in food production management, a strong understanding of production processes, and experience in the dairy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily production operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee product quality control, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve production processes and implement best practices.
• Monitor production output and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
• Prepare production reports and communicate updates to senior management.
