Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Night Production In-Charge to handle our night-time production operations and lead a team of 20–25+ staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the night production team and ensure smooth operations.
Plan and manage daily production activities during the night shift.
Oversee washing, grading, sorting, weighing and packing to ensure everything is done correctly.
Make sure daily production targets are achieved within the given deadlines.
Ensure all products are properly prepared and ready for early morning dispatch.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, stock accuracy and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with QC, Inventory, Billing and Delivery teams.
Handle staff-related issues and solve operational problems during the night shift.
Prepare daily production and stock reports accurately.
Take responsibility for overall night-shift productivity and timely completion of work.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in production, operations or a similar role.
Experience managing and supervising a team of 20–25+ people.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to plan, delegate work and manage a team effectively.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsible, disciplined and accountable.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Candidates aged 30+ would be preferred, considering the level of responsibility involved.
