|We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Manager Executive – Multiple Outlet of Restaurants to oversee our Philly and Burger (Maharajgung), Bistro in Boudha and 1–2 restaurant outlets added in the near future.
The main focus of this role will be staff recruitment, staff management, discipline, training and performance management. We need someone who can independently build and maintain a reliable restaurant team rather than depending on the owners.
A major responsibility will be to:
The Manager Executive will also regularly visit the outlets and check food quality, hygiene, kitchen and storage conditions, staff behaviour, customer service, stock/wastage and whether restaurant SOPs are actually being followed.
For our new restaurants (to be added in future), the person will play an important pre-opening role and will be responsible for recruiting the complete restaurant team, coordinating joining and duty allocation, organising staff orientation and training, implementing SOPs, coordinating with vendors and helping ensure the outlet is operationally ready before opening.
