Position: Production Officer

Location: Chappalkarkhana, Maharajgunj

Position Overview: The Production Officer manages daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely production. This role includes overseeing production work, handling production and material planning, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Material Planning: Develop and execute production schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Production Management: Supervise daily operations to meet targets and maintain quality standards, ERP Management in synergy.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Team Leadership: Lead and train production staff, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze production and material planning reports.

Qualifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical/Industrial having at least 2 years of experience in related field and department
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
