Job Description: 

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our shoe manufacturing operations. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure the quality of products meets the company's standards and specifications.
• Manage and supervise production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 
• Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the shoe manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a factory setting in Nepal or similar regions.
