• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
  
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production to resolve issues.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Complies and ensure that the staff met production targets established in the job descriptions.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Communicate all the key indicators from the area ( WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Stock Status, Maintenance Status, etc ) to top level management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally software.
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
