Job Description

Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Complies and ensure that the staff met production targets established in the job descriptions.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
Communicate all the key indicators from the area ( WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Stock Status, Maintenance Status, etc ) to top level management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
Proficient in MS Office and Tally software.
Outstanding communication ability.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
