  • Manage and Control designated Department
  • Maintain proper records and reports of the Department
  • Manage Human Resource in the Department
  • Ensure optimum effitiency of work force
  • Ensure quality of output adhears to set standards
  • Ensure minimum rework
  • Notify and Rectify any problems immidiately
  • Ensure transparent communication channel with other departments
  • Ensure work place is neat and clean
