Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on a daily basis to produce high-quality products.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Job Description

Set production performance standards
Organize and follow the production plan to provide planned products on time in full
Leads problem solving activities for production/ maintenance
Coaches line man and operators in process improvement
Coach and build capabilities of line man and operators to deliver objectives
Set production plan as per product order and meeting market requirements
Manage losses material, analyzing and taking corrective action, documentation & reporting
Capable of implementing Preventive maintenance and Maintenance for Food Safety
Working with the QRD department to agree on what’s needed to meet the quality standards
Set up new/ existing machineries as per QRD and new product development
Implementing all safety standards and ensuring that the system is fully applied on line (People Safety, Machines Hazards)
Knowledge of HACCAP, ISO and local government requirement to cope up with documentation requirements for production and maintenance
