Education & Experience:

• B.Sc. with experience in manufacturing sector shall be preferred
• BBA/ BBS candidates having some experience in manufacturing plant can also apply
• Also, B. Sc Freshers can apply

Functional Competencies:

• Must be good at handling pressure at Plant environment
• Must have excellent Supervisory skills and leadership skills
• Should be patient, tactful, problem solver and good communicator
• Should be energetic and hardworking
• Should have knowledge in computer applications-Excel, Internet, MS Word
