• Determine desired images and picture composition, selecting and adjusting subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects
• Work independently to photograph and retouch product shots in our in-house studio
• Position products and setup studio strobe lighting and modifiers for ideal representation
• Plan shoots in logical and efficient manner; opening product packaging neatly for repacking
• Perform product image retouching, cleanup, and color-correction.
• Cast  models, styling and posing for natural-looking shots.
• Responsible to compose shots that present products in an appealing way and provide useful information to prospective buyers
• Responsible to edit  own work using digital tools that can compensate for less than ideal conditions (such as imperfect lighting or distractions)
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
• Maintain a safe and clean professional studio; including camera, lighting, and grip equipment

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Bachelor Degree in Photography or fine arts with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
  
• Skilled and passionate about product photography and editing
  
• Strong eye for visual composition and color accuracy
  
• Confident in the various types of studio lighting, both continuous and flash
  
• Fluency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Capture One and Excel
  
• Demonstrate critical and logical thinking. Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  
• Ability to ideate with team members, verbally articulate thoughts, communicate with sketches and visual example
  
• Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery
  
• Willingness to learn, adapt, understand and apply organizational methodology of the department
  
• Team spirit and positive attitude
