About the job

Join our team and take charge of products that matter!

We're looking for a Product Manager Intern to help manage and grow the reach of our partner's products, which we represent and resell. In this role, you'll act as a bridge between our internal teams and product partners—ensuring smooth operations, driving adoption, and supporting go-to-market efforts. It’s a great opportunity to dive into real-world product management and understand how partner-led growth works in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of partner products—keeping track of updates, performance, and internal alignment.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure everyone has the tools and information needed to promote and support the product.
  • Partner Collaboration: Communicate regularly with product partners to stay updated on roadmaps, updates, and requirements.
  • User & Market Research: Gather feedback from users and conduct competitive research to support better positioning and messaging.
  • Process & Documentation: Maintain internal product documentation, FAQs, sales enablement materials, and assist with reporting and performance tracking.

Additional Requirements

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using tools like Notion, Trello, Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SaaS or B2B products is a plus.
  • Preferred Background: Coursework or experience in product management, business, marketing, or operations.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to stay organized and proactive.
  • Learning Mindset: Eagerness to take ownership, ask questions, and grow in a collaborative setting.

This role is ideal for someone looking to explore product management from the lens of partner-led products, and gain hands-on experience in product operations, strategy, and growth enablement. If you're passionate about tech, curious about products, and ready to learn—we’d love to hear from you!
