We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team at a growing tech company in the US. If you thrive in high-velocity environments, love turning complex workflows into intuitive solutions, and want to make a real-world impact, this role is for you.

As a key member of our product team, you’ll own core features of our agent and client-facing platforms including quoting, onboarding, CRM tools, policy servicing, and more. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and design to ship experiences that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities

Own strategy and execution across agent and insured tools — quoting, onboarding, CRM flows, policy servicing, and more
Define clear roadmaps and write product specs that balance vision with pragmatic execution
Collaborate with engineering, operations, design, and leadership to drive product velocity
Use agent/insured feedback, data, and your own instincts to prioritize what really matters
Lead product discovery sessions to deeply understand pain points and opportunities
Track, measure, and iterate on what you ship — success is usage, impact, and adoption
Elevate product standards across the company — from first click to core workflows

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, marketplace, or tech-enabled services
Strong product intuition and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, effective solutions
Proven track record of owning products from concept through launch and iteration
Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders aligned
Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data to inform decisions
Strong sense of ownership and a “get-it-done” attitude
