Job Description

Product: ReGrow - Agriculture

Aloi is a loan tokenization software powering financial inclusion for micro-entrepreneurs. We monitor micro-business loans to increase transparency and access.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will lead the whole ReGrow product. She/he will be responsible for liaising between most clients and stakeholders and ensuring accurate communication. She/he will be in charge of designing and managing projects, communicating work details, and managing other staff, according to the company’s requirements. The Product Manager will report directly to the company’s CTO and CEO

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company operations and processes to ensure efficient operations
  • Responsible for managing project staff and dealing with inquiries from stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reports daily to the immediate manager/supervisor in a timely manner using an efficient record-keeping system
  • Assists supervisor and other project managers in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Professionally represent the organization and provide necessary information to internal and external customers
  • Review files and records to answer requests for information
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings, training, and official events as needed
  • Ensures smooth operation of projects and escalates pending issues
  • Responsible for general daily administration including logistics activities
  • Responsible for onboarding and continuous follow up with partners and participants
  • Responsible for field surveys to ensure the smooth operation of the pilots
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Aloi
