• Design and update the range of products, which includes product development process from the concept to post lunch analysis phase
  
• Proposing innovative product developments process to respective supervisor
  
• Carrying out a complete review of product from customer for getting more product in house inventory
  
• Analysis of internal and external factor of SWOT which effects inside organization ecosystem, and coordinate within various ecosystem of department   
  
• Meet with vendor to gain a better understanding of their product expectations
  
• Identifying the gap in the category and sourcing the products as well as vendors with best possible price in the market
  
• Work with the product supervisor for the promotional campaigns, major events and sales campaign to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  
• Maintain proper relation with the vendors for smooth and long term partnership
  
• Assist in negotiation with vendors and contract management, if required
