 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Development Manager at a skincare company located in Lalitpur. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of new skincare products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and operation, to ensure the successful launch of new product and marketing of existing products. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and gather consumer feedback to inform product development strategies and decisions.

 Qualifications

• Previous experience in product development, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including ideation, formulation, testing, and production
• Excellent project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and certifications related to skincare products
• Bachelor's degree in B.pharm or diploma pharmacy
• Passion for skincare and knowledge of the latest industry trends and innovations
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail to develop innovative and high-quality products
• Proficiency in excel and powerpoint
