Responsibilities

● Work closely with the team to design new features and compelling experiences for our

payroll and contract management product

● Envision new features and enhancements with an emphasis on quality, reliability and

ease of user experience

● Refine and improve existing products

● Work with multiple members of the team across Design, Product, and Engineering

● Present design demos and work through feedback

● Help optimize multiple products and features based on user feedback, stakeholder

feedback, user testing, and product experiments

● You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better.

● You can work cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, legal, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to design an extensible system that can meet the evolving needs of Niural product teams and customers.

● Drive melding thoughtful user experiences with beautiful user interfaces

● Good interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)

● Keen to create pixel-perfect designs (Have sound knowledge using Design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suites, any more tools are a bonus)

Bonus Points

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

● 2+ years of experience designing user-centric product experiences.

● Experience creating Figma prototypes.

● Experience working with graphics and icon creation.

● Experience designing for mobile devices and web applications.
