Job Description

  • Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.
  • Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
  • Manage in-life product performance: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis using company data.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with dealers and developing sales strategies to ensure revenue and profit growth in the territory. The position works closely with Marketing and interacts with all Precor departments. Selling skills, persuasiveness, customer service, follow up; integrity and professionalism are important factors in daily administration of this position.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with top decision-makers in dealerships.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Commercial Sales Manager and Commercial sales representatives.
  • Builds win/win relationships with dealers.
  • Ensures dealer accounts are adequately supporting Precor's entire product line.
