Job Description

Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Product Analyst for our Analytics team.

Job Summary

Product Analyst will be responsible for analyzing various Cedar Gate based applications, reviewing daily client support tickets, and explaining client queries with reasons clarifying the scenario with supportive points.

Job Responsibilities

Interpret and analyze data and feature logic using Cedar Gate based application, feature documentation.
Research and gather information to prepare specification and requirements.
Prepare Excel documentation using various Excel formulae and VBA scripts.
Use Redshift and MySQL for various analysis.
Use and analyze Product APIs to review application outputs.
Keep tabs of various Client facing documentation and update.
Review daily client tickets and requirements, issue replications and clarification of issue steps.
Work with stakeholders to understand, investigate and respond to incoming client support requests.
Escalate both general and client-specific issues based on its application/end level impacts analysis.
Assist Developers and QA teams for replicating and explaining issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
