Roles and responsibilities of this job

Duties and Responsibility:

To ensure that materials and equipment are procured to meet the requirements.
Procurement of materials and equipment on time to suit the project needs.
Regular follow up with suppliers and dealers to ensure timely execution of works.
Liaising with the project team to ensure the compatibility of the products for efficient use.
To ensure that the tools and the materials inventory are recorded and stored properly.
Deliver requirement on time.
Dispatch requirement to the respective sites on time.
Keep up-to-date supplier information database.
Keep up-to-date record of all assets and consumables in coordination with the team.
Perform other duties that may be requested by the managers.
Frequent site visit for store and equipment inspection.
Flexibility in working time.

Qualification & Skills Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Management or Technical field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field.
Proficiency in computer knowledge.
Excellent negotiation skills
Great organization and planning skills
Able to identify market trends and make the decision in a challenging environment
Punctual, reliable and must have a strong inter-personal skill.
Should be a team player and be able to meet the deadlines efficiently. Good verbal and oral communication skills.
