Job Description

Aptitude/Interest

Procurement

  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategy and Policy
  • Vendor Development, Appraisal, Negotiation, and Reviews
  • Forecast, Plan, and Control, Inventory Management, Control, Audit, Requisition Process
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination – Franchisee Stores, Facility Managers, Head Office Accounts
  • Team Management – Head Office Procurement and Admin Franchisee Stores 
  • Report to the CEO on weekly basis and to the Board on a quarterly basis upon request.


Administration:

  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies like stationery and kitchen items
  • Documentation of contracts
  • Monitor the General Office Administrations
  • Monitor the condition of electrical appliances like air conditioners, plumbing, and other essential facilities and equipment regularly.
  • Supervise proper records of assets and their yearly insurance.
  • Supervise office assistants, front desk officer, security guard, housekeeping staff and their availability for official works 
  • Supervise the maintenance of the corporate office by keeping the contact with utility vendors.


Additional Information 

Professional Pre-requisite

  • 1. 5 years of experience in Procurement
  • 2. 3 years of experience in Managing Stores / People in multiple locations.
Preference
  • 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management
  • 2. 5 years of experience in Procurement & Logistic Management
  • Female Candidates are highly encouraged to apply
