Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Process Coordinator (PC) who can manage and streamline all internal processes and team coordination. The ideal candidate will follow up with internal teams to get work completed on time, maintain accurate records, keep all data up to date in the system, and manage the Flow Management System (FMS) for internal team activities, acting as the central point that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Track and manage all internal team activities through the Flow Management System.
Get regular updates from team members and monitor the progress of ongoing work.
Maintain proper records and documentation of all internal processes and completed tasks.
Update and manage all data accurately on the system on a daily basis.
Connect relevant team members with the right problem solver whenever an issue arises.
Identify bottlenecks and ensure a smooth flow of work between teams and departments.
Prepare and share regular status reports on team tasks, pending work, and progress.
Support management in streamlining and continuously improving internal processes.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Experience: 2–3 years in process coordination, operations, or administrative roles. Prior experience in HVAC, home appliances, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheet and general data management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and consistently meet deadlines.
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented, with strong ownership of assigned work.
