Key Responsibilities (Terms of Reference - TOR)

Academic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation of the school’s curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards.
  • Promote innovative teaching methodologies and integrate technology into the learning process.

Administrative Management:

  • Manage academic and  administrative day-to-day operations of the school,
  • Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and school policies.

Student Development:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for students.
  • Promote extracurricular activities, leadership programs, and character-building initiatives.
  • Address student disciplinary issues with fairness and empathy.

Residential Facility Oversight:

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the residential facility, including student welfare, safety, and discipline.
  • Collaborate with the hostel management team to provide a conducive living environment for residential students.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community to enhance the school’s reputation and outreach.
  • Represent the school at educational forums, conferences, and government meetings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the school, ensuring continuous improvement in all areas.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the school management and government authorities as required.
