United Academy is seeking to appoint a dynamic, professional and efficient PRINCIPAL for the new academic session - 2079. The candidate must have

master or M.Phil.,Ph.D. in a relevant field
fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali
a wide range of Educational Vision and Passion for Education
at least 7 years of experience as a Principal/ Academic Head/Academic Director in a reputed 10+2/College University
smart leadership, managerial talent, analytical and counseling skills and critical thinking
in-depth knowledge of Modern Innovative Teaching methodology including Research and Project Based Learning, Life Skill, Integrated Curriculum, Information Communication Technology (ICT)
personal qualities: good communicator, Resilient, Tactful and Integrity
