Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Primary Level Teachers (All Subjects) to create a strong academic foundation and a nurturing learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidates will use child-centered teaching approaches to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum
Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through continuous assessments
Maintain accurate academic records including lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports
Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support or remedial instruction
Encourage active participation, creativity, and curiosity among students
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership
Participate actively in school programs, trainings, meetings, and co-curricular activities
Uphold the school’s values, policies, and professional ethics at all times

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Education or a relevant field with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Strong understanding of child development and primary-level pedagogy
Ability to plan and deliver interactive and student-centered lessons
Skill in creating a nurturing and well-managed classroom environment
Competence in continuous assessment and academic documentation
Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Commitment to professional growth and ethical teaching practices
