We are seeking a dedicated Primary Level Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and create a positive learning environment. The role includes assessing student progress, maintaining academic records, communicating with parents, collaborating with staff, and ensuring a safe and supportive classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Assess students’ learning and provide regular feedback
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and behavior
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student development
Ensure a safe, well-managed, and welcoming classroom
Participate in school programs, events, and professional development activities

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (fresh graduates may apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to work with young children.
Basic understanding of child development and learning principles.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
