Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Level Nepali Teacher to teach Nepali and Samajik Sikshya to students in Classes 1–5. The teacher will create an engaging learning environment, deliver curriculum effectively, manage classroom behavior, and motivate students through creative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Nepali and Samajik Sikshya to students in Classes 1–5.
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional and extra-curricular activities that facilitate active learning.
Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in the curriculum.
Manage classroom behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
Motivate and inspire students through imaginative and engaging teaching methods.
Participate in school events and activities that support student learning and development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong knowledge of Nepali language and Samajik Sikshya curriculum for primary levels.
Effective classroom management and discipline skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.
Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson planning and teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
