Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Nepali lessons according to the school curriculum.
Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary in Nepali.
Prepare and check classwork, homework, tests, and assessments regularly.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Use creative and child-friendly teaching methods, including songs, stories, and interactive activities.
Prepare teaching materials such as flashcards, charts, and worksheets.
Monitor and support the individual learning progress of each student.
Maintain proper records of students’ attendance and performance.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress.
Participate in school meetings, training, and extracurricular programs.
Promote Nepali culture, values, and traditions through classroom activities and celebrations.
