  • Good command of spoken and written Nepali; basic English understanding preferred.
  • Passionate about teaching young children with patience and creativity.

Job Description

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Nepali lessons according to the school curriculum.
  • Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary in Nepali.
  • Prepare and check classwork, homework, tests, and assessments regularly.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
  • Use creative and child-friendly teaching methods, including songs, stories, and interactive activities.
  • Prepare teaching materials such as flashcards, charts, and worksheets.
  • Monitor and support the individual learning progress of each student.
  • Maintain proper records of students’ attendance and performance.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress.
  • Participate in school meetings, training, and extracurricular programs.
  • Promote Nepali culture, values, and traditions through classroom activities and celebrations.
