Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare termly, weekly, and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided
Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently
Enhance students' interests, abilities, and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture
Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management
Assess and evaluate students' progress via both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority
Participate in general/unit/class meetings as and when required
Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Must be familiar with the grade teaching system (particularly in G IV)
Proficiency in both English and Nepali language
Must have a positive attitude to work in a diverse team
Must have effective classroom management skills
Must have sound knowledge and skills in virtual class
