Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the primary curriculum in our school. This position requires an individual who is passionate about education and has a strong understanding of the primary education system.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all primary school activities, including curriculum development, classroom instruction, and student assessment
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' learning outcomes
Monitor and evaluate primary school teachers' performance and provide guidance and support for professional growth
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students
