Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher for Lead / Assistant Level to support early childhood learning and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth through play-based and structured learning activities. The position level (Lead or Assistant) will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Assist in developing early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Supervise children during class, playtime, meals, and other activities.
Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and child-friendly manner.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child development.
Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff.
Support school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education is an advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
Patience, creativity, and flexibility in teaching approach.
