Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers to join our team. If you love working with young children and are committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily learning activities following the Kidzee Preschool Lesson Plan.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Make learning fun through storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on activities.
Maintain positive classroom discipline using child-friendly guidance techniques.
Observe, assess, and maintain records of children's progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and well-being.
Prepare teaching materials and classroom displays as per the curriculum.
Ensure children's health, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the school's educational goals.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Education (+2).
Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Certification in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Montessori, or Preschool Teacher Training is preferred.
Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education is an advantage.
Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Passion for working with young children.
Creative, patient, energetic, and caring personality.
Strong classroom management and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
