Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, social, and emotional growth in young children.
Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Support children’s individual needs, including personal, social, and academic development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress, activities, and any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom and assist in routine activities, such as snack time, outdoor play, and naptime.
Keep the parents well informed about their ward's progress.
Actively involve yourself in all the school events, staff meetings, educational conferences, and school programs

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (Certificate or Diploma in Montessori training is a plus)
Preferably 3-5 years in early childhood education or similar roles
Strong patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in handling young children
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children at their level
Knowledge of child development principles and pre-school education techniques
Good command in phonics, rhymes, and Montessori teaching
