We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and visionary Principal to lead our Reputed Montessori School. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring academic leader with strong expertise in early childhood education, capable of nurturing a safe, creative, and child-centered learning environment while effectively managing school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership and oversee overall school management
Supervise and guide teachers and administrative staff
Ensure a high-quality Montessori-based learning environment
Maintain a child-friendly, safe, and nurturing school culture
Coordinate effectively with parents and the community
Implement school policies, academic planning, and performance standards
Promote continuous improvement in curriculum delivery and staff development

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Excellent fluency in English (both spoken and written)
Strong understanding of child psychology and early childhood development
Sound knowledge of child health, hygiene, and safety standards
Montessori-trained with practical teaching-learning experience
Proven leadership and team mobilization capacity
Creative skills in art, music, performance, and co-curricular activities
Knowledge of school rules, regulations, and administrative procedures
