Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and qualified preschool teacher to join our vibrant team. The right candidate will be able to teach in any of our classrooms — Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, or UKG — with the potential to take on a leadership role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities.

Conduct play-based and experiential learning activities that make learning fun and meaningful
Create engaging lesson plans aligned with child-centered learning principles
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment with effective discipline strategies
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young learners
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support holistic development
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning atmosphere for every child

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Education or ECD background preferred)
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, digital tools)
Strong leadership, classroom management, and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
