Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Teacher to join our team. As a mid-level educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young students. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Montessori education and a genuine love for teaching young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on the Montessori philosophy
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experiences
Observe and assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school-wide events and activities
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current educational practices
