We are seeking a passionate and nurturing candidate for the role of Pre-School Teacher at Maria Montessori House. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to early childhood education and committed to blending modern teaching methods with the preservation of our culture and traditions. This position provides an excellent opportunity to shape young minds and foster holistic development.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool children.
Create a safe, stimulating, and culturally enriched learning environment.
Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Introduce and integrate cultural and traditional values through daily activities.
Assess and monitor each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and school administration.
Organize and participate in school events, cultural programs, and extra-curricular activities.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources in line with the school’s philosophy.
Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in children.
Promote good behavior, manners, and respect for others among students.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s completed in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching and nurturing young children.
Patient, caring, and creative in approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Knowledge of cultural traditions and willingness to integrate them into teaching is an advantage.
