  • Creative in designing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that capture children's interest and promote learning.
  • An awareness of safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe environment for children is crucial to ensure their well-being.
  • Priority will be given to those who have completed Montessori training at an accredited center.

Job Description

  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Assess and track the progress of each child, adapting teaching methods to cater to the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
  • Foster open and effective communication with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's development and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Work closely with other pre-level teachers and staff to coordinate activities, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
  • Stay updated on current early childhood education trends and attend workshops or training sessions to continually enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
