Assisting in recruiting/Hiring/Appraising and Leading PR Team coordinating with HR & TM
Developing communication plans with the influencers
Approaching public and media figures to become influencers for Uptrendly
Building and maintaining relationships with the influencers to build brand awareness
Measuring and maintaining influencers satisfaction level
Strategic planning of retaining influencers
Working together with creative team for deploying content through influencers
Manage influencer campaigns, contract negotiations, strategy briefing and content approvals
Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and inspiration
Managing team and delegating tasks
