Job Description

Should be able to supervise and maintain the quality of all plumbing, sanitary and pumping installation and commissioning of site during the project phase.
Should be able to study the drawings and supervise the works in site as per drawings provided.
Should have hands on experience with maintenance and operation of plumbing, and water transfer pumps including hydro pneumatic pumps, RO, heat pumps, etc. of a commercial building and residential buildings when required.
Should be able to work as head HVAC technician and supervise a team of HVAC technician in the operation phase.
Should be able to find the faults in plumbing and pumping systems and repair/ maintain the systems efficiently.
Should have some experience about the working and maintenance of fire pumps and firefighting system.
Able to work in MS office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Should be able to maintain the plumbing and pumps inventory records, electrical purchase records, billing records and maintenance records,
Should be willing to work after hours.
Report all plumbing site progress, failures, inventories, etc. to engineer in charge.
