We are seeking motivated and flexible Operation Assistants to join our dynamic 24/7 office operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in operations management, gain exposure to fast-paced work environments, and develop professional skills in administration, coordination, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operational and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in data entry, reporting, and communication tasks.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow across shifts.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned operational duties.
Follow company procedures to maintain efficient office operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Strong typing skills and general computer proficiency.
Flexible to work in rotating shifts (24/7 office operations).
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Shifts Available:

Morning/Day Shift: 6–8 hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6–8 hours between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male candidates highly preferred)
