We are looking for young, energetic individuals to join our team as Play Assistant. The role involves supervising and engaging with children during playtime, ensuring their safety, and creating a fun and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist children in various play activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Engage children in games, activities, and educational play, encouraging participation and creativity.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe play environment.
Assist children with any needs or difficulties during play, such as explaining rules or resolving conflicts.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their children’s activities and behavior.
Work with team members to organize group activities, special events, and birthday parties.
Perform regular checks of play equipment to ensure safety and report any issues.
Provide first aid assistance in case of minor injuries.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Previous experience working with children in a play or educational setting is preferred but not required.
Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
