Job Description

His key responsibilities will be project planning, Monitoring Regular Maintenance Work, and Highly Efficient on project production,
The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project, supervising the technical team, and focusing on the Generation of Electricity.
Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
Create and maintain a Repair and maintenance schedule.
Coordination with Suppliers for purchase of regular spares parts.
Implement strategies to maximize Generation of Electricity.
Analyze workplace productivity.
Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.
