Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Ensure the proper execution of excavation, shoring, waterproofing, and structural works in high-rise or basement construction.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, and site documentation.
Report technical issues, delays, or variations to the project management team.
Assist in material planning and ensure optimal resource utilization on site.
