Plant Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum and smooth day-to-day operations of the factory
• Maintain all production activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity 
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility by way of cost optimization 
• Commit and drive safety culture as per Company and Legal requirements of Nepal
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity standards, key metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on resources 
• Train associates for best output for achieving overall manufacturing excellence 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: 

• Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical/ Industrial Engineering 
• 10 years' experience 
• Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or equivalent preferably in Beverage/Food industry 
• Be knowledgeable on safety, quality, productivity, inventory and environmental aspects of the operations
• Proficient in MS Office
