Job Description

Overall Operation & Maintenance (O & M) functions of the company's hydroelectric plants with responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
Communicate and report regularly with Head Office.
Lead a team of engineering staff at site for efficient operation & maintenance of the plants.
Identify faults and issues in plant, equipment and assets, report and carry out repairs with cost effective solutions.
Maintain and monitor required level of plant spares.
Co-ordinate with local administrative authorities and members of public on relevant matters.
