Responsibilities: 

• Maintain planning in coordination with concerned departments 
• Deliver departmental KPI's (Line Efficiencies, Energy Usages, Safety KPIs etc.) 
• Implementation of GMP, 5S, TPM, Lean tools in the shop floor 
• Comply with all applicable systems of ISO and The Coca-Cola Company requirements 
• Train the team for best results 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: 

• Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical /Automation/industrial 
• 5 years' expenence 
• Preferably to be familiar with Industrial Automation/PLC Systems 
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical codes and best practices 
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams 
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
