Hetauda School of Management and Social Sciences (HSMSS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our institution as a Planning & Development Coordinator. This leadership role is designed for individuals who are passionate about innovation, institutional growth, student empowerment, and effective public engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative development strategies aligned with institutional goals.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to IHUB – the Student Incubation Center of HSMSS.
Support the Student Development Center (SDC) in planning and executing diverse student-oriented programs and events.
Promote entrepreneurial thinking and skill development among students, faculty, and management.
Initiate and manage collaborations with external organizations and institutions.
Lead the Public Information Cell to ensure consistent and effective communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in innovation management, business incubation, or institutional development.
Experience in student development programs, academic collaboration, or public information management is highly desirable.
