About the job

Responsibilities:

Student profiling of all programs.
Create and implement career development and work-readiness programs for students, including workshops on interview preparation, resume writing, and job-search strategies.
Initiate and close strategic partnership with organizations in Nepal & International for internships and placements.
Organize & facilitate "Career Fair" for students.
Stay updated with current openings in the market.
Other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Other Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Management with 2 years of experience in related field (Preferably Master’s Degree in related field)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-discipline and self-management skills is a must.
Relationship building and professional networking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software program.
