Mid Level:

Job Purpose:

• Design, code and maintain efficient and reliable PHP Code
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Debug, update and refactor already exiting code
• Involve in all stages of development life cycle
• Active participation in all project level discussion and meetings
• Involve in direct communication with team lead and client if required
• Prepare Use Case, Flow and ER Diagram when needed

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Study, Analyze and debug PHP Application
• Collaborate with the team to define, design and integrate new features
• Quickly produce well organized, optimized, and documented source code
• Integrate Rest/Soap API with/without 3rd Parties
• Develop, deliver and test software prototypes
• Work independently when required
• Coordinate with the Team leader on current programming tasks

Senior Level: 

Job Purpose:

• Active participation in all project level discussion and meetings

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical planning, development and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Test/debug code and create patches for reported problems  
• Simplify ongoing projects of programming in coordination with concerned authority
• Research on the development in new techniques, tools and technologies on regular basis and recommend/implement accordingly  
• Provide technical direction and guidance to the team members, as well as draft specifications, architect solutions, define timelines, advice on company best practices and problems to be solved 
• Work closely within a cross-functional team of designers, project managers, and analyst to develop high-quality technical solutions 
• Develop new software systems to the highest technical quality and accountability standards, all while considering secondary concerns like security, performance, maintainability, adaptability and simplicity
