About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated PHP developer who is passionate about solving complex problems and eager to grow. This is an in-person office role, ideal for a senior or a strong intermediate developer with a proactive attitude. We value someone who maintains a strong work ethic, meets deadlines reliably, keeps their promises, and is available when called upon for urgent tasks or support.

What You’ll Do:

• Build PHP applications with strong OOP practices.
• Work with frameworks like Drupal, Laravel, and WordPress.
• Adapt quickly to different PHP frameworks and project needs.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance web development practices, maximizing speed and efficiency in task execution.
• Take ownership beyond assigned tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong PHP, OOP, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMS (Drupal, WordPress) and frameworks like Laravel.
• A self-driven, enthusiastic developer who enjoys learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-motivation.
• Good understanding of databases like MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building or working on SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of modern frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of API development and integrations
